Academic Guardians work alongside education agents from around the world, enabling us to help more international students from more countries achieve academic success.
As an education agent, you provide an important link between Academic Guardians and the prospective parents and students. We are happy to work according to your established client processes, whether your agency works as an introducing agent where, after initial contact we then liaise directly with the parents or you would prefer us to liaise with you on behalf of the parents. Either option is possible and will be discussed at the outset of the guardianship service.
Agent relationships at Academic Guardians are very important to us and we will always keep you updated with new information pertaining to our services. We work hard to nurture our communication channels and will support you with any additional information you might need and you will always benefit from prompt responses.
By partnering with us, you will benefit from a single point of contact with an experienced, specified account manager (named service). Our approach minimises the risk of staff members not being aware of the latest developments or arrangements with students.
We carefully and continuously monitor how satisfied our partner agents are with our work, striving to ensure consistently exceptional service levels. We always welcome feedback and actively pursue ways to make our relationships even more rewarding.

This is what our agents say about us:
“Thank you very much for your report for Leah, it is very appreciated. I have been working with host families, guardianship companies and schools and U would say this is the most professional and detailed school visit report I have seen so far. Thanks to your report, we have a better picture of the school at the moment and the student as well. She is very lucky to have you and Dawn looking after her and so do other students.”
YAO, Kan EA Group
Brilliant! You're company efficiency is totally amazing and helpful.
Mr Joe Wong, Parent Lancing College
I will need to personally email and thank you and the host family that my daughters stayed with over the weekend for their kind gesture. Their thoughtfulness towards understanding the need for a girl of my daughters age to feel secured and cared for, I am not taking for granted.
It was such a relief when she told me that you had already arranged for a packed lunch and the family provided all their favourite foods.
This ones, (host family) you, certainly hand-picked ! And I thank you for that.! With many like them, there is still hope in the loss of empathy in humanity.
Have a lovely day
Patience Evans, Parent St Mary’s
Thank you for your mail with Peeranut’s travel arrangements attached. Very efficient, as always.
Can I take this opportunity to thank you for all your brilliant support throughout the year and to wish you a lovely summer.
Peter O’Donoghue, Head of Boys Boarding, Bournemouth Collegiate School
Hope things are fine with you. Now the school is over and Sarah is now on her way home...
Therefore, I would like to say thank you for all your kindness and hospitality that has been extended to Sarah all this time. Unfortunately, I didn't attend the Speech Day this year so I didn't have the opportunity to express my gratitude personally to you. Hopefully someday somewhere an opportunity would arise for me to do so.
I wish you and the whole family a joyful summer break...and all the best for the future.
With warmest regards
Rita Tjahjadi, Parent Prior Park College, Bath
Thank you kindly for the travel details that you have sent through for both Natalie and Edith for the end of this term and start of next term - you are very well organised to be this far ahead! Many thanks for clarifying and sending on details for the other girls. It certainly makes life easier when return arrangements are sent in and you are one of the few agencies that does this; much appreciated!
Helen Tomlinson, Head of Boarding, Rye St Antony School
Thank you for your letter.
I have read the letter word by word, and I also told to Shaobo's mother about your letter. We are unable to express our gratitude to you with words and really appreciate your so considerate care and help to Shaobo. And now we could put our minds at ease. It is so good luck for Shaobo to meet you in UK!
Lou Jirong, Parent, Sidcot School
I am very impressed with your smooth and effective organisation. All the very best.
Mark Venn Dunn, Head of Boarding ACS Cobham International School
