It’s the summer exam term and we’ve put together some ideas to help you get through this busy and stressful time:

  1. Get a good night’s sleep
  2. Adjust your mindset – No matter how you might want to feel be positive in your thinking. Tell yourself “I can do this”!!
  3. Before the exam skim through your subject revision notes, so that the topics are fresh in your mind
  4. In the exam read every question thoroughly
  5. If you get stuck on a question move on and come back to it later
  6. After the exam, don’t look back!
  7. Relax and refocus, then prepare for your next exam
